Thermal management system is the decisive factor of performance, life and operation safety of fuel cell engine, and it is one of the core technologies of fuel cell vehicle research and development. Considering the practicality, universality and design feasibility of the thermal management system test platform, the structure of the designed automobile thermal management system is shown in Figure I.. The thermal management system includes coolant circulation pipeline system, heat exchange equipment such as radiator, test and data processing system, control system and other subsystems.

Improve test efficiency and accuracy: With the help of special robot and high-precision force sensor, automatic and high-precision seat pressure test can be realized, which greatly improves test efficiency, reduces human error and ensures the accuracy and consistency of test results. Help product quality optimization: rich supporting display and data acquisition schemes provide manufacturers with comprehensive data analysis means, enabling them to deeply understand the performance of seats under different pressures, thus optimizing the structure and materials of seats and improving the quality and durability of automobile seats.

Automatic testing can cover functional testing, reliability testing, performance testing and compatibility testing to ensure the operational stability of the Bluetooth key system. Bluetooth key has gradually become one of the essential functions of major car companies, and the necessity of Bluetooth key testing has been further improved. According to the feedback from end users, there are a lot of problems that Bluetooth key products in the market cannot be used. In addition, due to the further shortening of the research and development cycle, the testing cycle is getting shorter and shorter, and manual testing cannot meet the development requirements.
